More loyal celebrations on the River


A flotilla of interesting craft led by the Royal Barge Gloriana will be ‘progressing’ down stream from Westminster to the City to celebrate the Queen’s Birthday to coincide with the Red Arrow fly past over Buckingham Palace. Suggest Butlers Wharf to witness the flotilla passing under the Tower Bridge bascules raised in salute. Saturday 11th June at 12.45 (also RN flagship at Greenwich).

Don’t forget to pop into the Greenwich Gallery in Royal Hill where there’s always some interesting photos and graphics to view. Open 9:00am to 5:30 weekdays and 12:00 to 4:00 weekends; currently Angela Buffoni’s photographic commentary on contemporary property development in London – show ends Friday 10th June
